WE MAKE THE LISTING PROCESS EASY
Step One
CONSULT & DESIGN
We do an initial consult at the property with the homeowner and real estate agent to determine the scope of work needed to obtain the highest return on value. Driftwood Homes began as an Interior Design Studio so you get the benefit of a designers eye to advise what buyers today are looking for.
Step Two
COMPLETE PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We get to work coordinating with contractors and repair specialists, source materials and oversee the project budget. Communication is of the utmost at Driftwood Homes so appropriate channels will be established and all parties kept up to date throughout the process.
Step Three
CLOSING
You do not pay a dime until close of escrow. That means no up front fees, material purchases or contractor payments out of your pocket until closing. Fees are agreed to before any work begins and any change orders will require approval. Driftwood Homes provides complete fee transparency.

1 / CAN I USE MY OWN CONTRACTOR(S)?
Absolutely! One of the beauties of working with Driftwood Homes is that we're not exclusive to any specific contractor repair networks. You provide their information and we'll coordinate for you!
2 / WHAT IF I TAKE MY HOUSE OFF THE MARKET?
Plans change, we get it. Any amounts due Driftwood Homes are due upon close of escrow or within 3 days of contract cancellation or default.
3 / IS THERE A MINIMUM PROJECT AMOUNT?
No we do not have a minimum budget requirement.
4 / IS THE CONCIERGE PROGRAM PART OF MY LISTING AGREEMENT OR SALES CONTRACT?
No. You will be contracted separately with Driftwood Homes. Final invoice will be submitted to the escrow office handling your transaction for payment at closing and will be paid out of your proceeds.
5 / ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN FEES?
No. All fees and charges will be agreed to up front. All change orders will require approval. Driftwood Homes is proud of our fee transparency.
